Cancellation Policy
At Deziners5, every product is made to order after your purchase is confirmed. As production begins shortly after an order is placed, please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered production, been processed, or been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@deziners5.in with your order number as soon as possible.
Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. All requests are subject to the current production status of the order.
2. Orders Under Production or Already Shipped
Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
As all products are made specifically for each customer, cancellations are not possible after production has begun.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted product, please refer to our Replacement & Claims Policy.
3. Cancellation by Deziners5
Deziners5 reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product or inventory unavailability
- Technical or pricing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If an order is cancelled by Deziners5 before production or shipment, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Made-to-Order Products
All Deziners5 products are printed specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this made-to-order process, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once production has begun.
This includes requests to change:
- Product size
- Colour
- Design
- Shipping address
- Quantity
- Any other order details
Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Deziners5 does not offer refunds for orders that have already entered production or have been shipped, except where required under applicable law.
